We all forget passwords, and this can be a significant inconvenience when trying to get access to something important. We have designed the forgotten password feature to make this quick and easy for you to sort out at any time. However, you must have access to your emails for the email address that you registered with us when you created the account.
When you enter your registered email address and a new password (including re-entering to confirm the password), we will not apply this change straight away. We will send you an email to your registered email address asking you to confirm the change. This involves using a link that you must click or copy and paste to the address bar in your web browser. Accessing this link immediately applies your new password and gives you access using the new email and password combination.
Passwords are case-sensitive. They must be at least five characters long and must not contain spaces.
